Maricopa County is seeking to block the release of early ballot affidavit signatures from the 2022 gubernatorial election, a move that directly block's Kari Lake's ability to bring arguments at the center of her election challenge. The Lex Rex Institute, on behalf of Ms. Lake, challenged this action and is urging the court to compel the county to disclose these critical records.
